Ahmed S Hassan
Biography
Ahmed works in IT industry since 2005, During this journey of 12 years, Ahmed has delivered service projects in different industries: Electronice Design automation, Electronice payment, Telecommunication and Travel & Transportation.
He started his career in the software engineering field, then moved to application development and team leadership. Ahmed is a certified IBM cloud developer and co-author of IBM Red Book “Essentials of Cloud Application Development on IBM Bluemix.
Ahmed’s goal is to avail latest technology of WATSON, Artificial Intelligence and real time Analytics to every one and optimize the learning curve required for youth to adopt new technologies. We live in a technological ERA, where everything is connected and the adoption of the AI makes the ingestion of huge amount of data possible. This opens opportunities and challenges, to gather all this information in a short time and generate solutions that make people’s lives much better.

Goals and objectives
The Internet of Things (IoT) workshop will give an introduction to IoT and Cognitive computing. It will include the following topics:
- Watson IoT features and capabilites
- Node-red IoT wiring tool, to build the IoT system
- Real time analytics, for IoT data.
Prerequisites
It is recommended that you bring your laptop or tablet (with a 3G internet connection) in order to follow and apply the tutorial steps.
